DIRECTIONS TO QUINNETTES BARN, CHURT ROAD, CHURT, GU10 2NU/GU10 2PJ
Please Note: The post code for the Barn GU10 2NU takes you into the residential area immediately behind Quinnettes but the Barn isn’t accessible from that part of Churt. If your satnav only uses postcodes please use GU10 2PJ which will take you to Kitts Lane.
If you are unsure, have a look on Google maps and you will see what I mean.
From A3
Go through the Hindhead Tunnel and come off at the junction for Hindhead.
Get on the old A3 and go past the petrol station on the left hand side.
At the mini roundabout take the 1st exit marked Farnham/A287.
Stay on the A287 for about 3 miles heading towards Farnham/Churt.
Look out for Green Lane on your right hand side and Kitts Lane on the left hand side as you come into Churt.
Take the next turning on the right hand side after Green Lane, it is a sharp U turn back on yourself. The road isn’t named but there is a sign saying Quinnettes.
Then turn immediately left and park where indicated either on the left or the right.
Walk down the slope into the Barn (you go through what is a residential area as the Barn is owned by a Housing Association).
If you miss the turning after Green Lane, don’t panic. Go down into the Village and turn round at the Honda Garage and head back the way you came. The entrance to Quinnettes is on the left hand side.
From Farnham
Follow directions for Farnham Railway Station. Go through the level crossing and follow the road round to the right into Tilford Road.
Go past St Joan’s on the left hand side and at the traffic lights turn right into Great Austins.
At the end of this road, turn left onto Frensham Road (A287 to Hindhead/Haslemere).
Stay on Frensham Road for about 3 miles, passing Millbridge Court on the right hand side and Ellel Ministries Pierrepoint on the left hand side.
Continue on the A287 which is now called Farnham Road until you get to Churt Village. Look out for the Honda garage on the right hand side.
Look out for signs for Quinnettes and take the first turning on the left hand side (the road isn’t named). Turn immediately left into Quinnettes and park where indicated, either on the left or the right.
Walk down the slope to the Barn.
